Domestic Violence victims
No one should be subjected to violence by the hands of another. Unfortunately, there are times when you are faced with violent and traumatic experiences that leave you feeling helpless and confused. Luckily, in Florida, you have the right to petition the Court for an Injunction, commonly referred to as a “restraining order" if you are a victim of domestic violence, dating violence, repeat violence, stalking and/or harassment, OR if you believe that you are in imminent danger of becoming a victim to any of these acts.
The Michael Law Firm can help you draft your Petition for Injunction to begin the court process, and advocate for your safety as well.
DO NOT allow fear to stop you from taking action to protect yourself or your loved ones. Our firm provides competent counsel, advice, and representation to help victims in need of petitioning the Court for protection.
